We have news! We have signed an exclusive commercialization agreement with BEM Estate Management to offer more than 400 accommodations in Spain throughout 2024.

Thanks to our previous agreement, Lodgerin already commercialized BEM EM’s accommodations in Portugal. But now, we are taking this alliance a step further by sealing an exclusive partnership with which we will boost the growth of the Portuguese company thanks to our experience and knowledge of mid-stay accommodations.

As this is an exclusive agreement, the properties, owned by BEM EM, can only be rented through our platform. As with the rest of the accommodations, interested parties will be able to access the website and use the search engine to find the property that best suits their needs.

Óscar Rubio, our founder and CEO, wanted to highlight the importance of this agreement for the company, “since we created Lodgerin in 2019, we have worked with companies and institutions around the world, offering mid-stay rentals to students, young professionals and digital nomads. This work would not be possible without the trust of partners like Berens.”
