From the beginning, we set out to work tirelessly to become the accommodation Marketplace of reference for students and young professionals. Today, after more than 4 years of growth, we can announce that we have closed an investment round of €400,000 to continue expanding internationally and further improve our product.

Our main goal has always been to achieve exponential but sustainable growth, to become a leading company in the Proptech sector through innovation and implementation of improvements, always maintaining our values: digitization and scalability. Our differentiating factor lies in the human quality of our team. This quality, delivered in the right time and in the right way, makes our solutions the most effective in the market.

From the company’s inception in 2019 to the present day, Lodgerin has experienced uneven growth. However, after overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic, it has managed to hold its own, become stronger as a company and consolidate its position in the market. The most powerful growth has been experienced in the last year 2023, in which it has tripled, maintaining its positive profitability, as has always been the case since its establishment.

After 6 months of hard work, almost 900 contacts made and 90 meetings scheduled, getting this round allows me to focus 100% on the business and, of course, it means fulfilling a dream to be able to grow and scale internationally and be leaders in the sector in the coming years.

As for the parties involved in this investment round, it has been completed by private investors of high international standing, involved in Real Estate, technology and business networks. All of them are successful entrepreneurs and professionals, who will help Lodgerin to grow its current European locations and to expand internationally with the opening of a new office in the United States.

From the commercialization service of the accommodation, including the relevant advice for the suitability of the properties, the search and verification of tenants and the photography and virtual tour services; to a Full Managed Plus service, in which, in addition to the aforementioned services, the digital signature of the contract, the digital check-in/out, the collection and payment of rents and the maintenance and cleaning services are also included. All thanks to a fully digitized and scalable operational process.

For the total security of tenants, Lodgerin offers an authentic verification of its accommodations and a personalized accommodation proposal for those students or young professionals who request it. In addition, the entire booking process is handled online, allowing tenants to book their accommodation from anywhere in the world with complete confidence and security.

But that’s not all, we make sure that the contract between the owner and the tenant is 100% clear and transparent, free of abusive clauses. Subsequently, once the rental contract has been signed and until the end of the tenant’s stay, the Lodgerin team is available to offer help and advice on anything that may be necessary.
